Upon being named as Director, Upstream Mozambique LNG for Totalenergies, Jenifer Leads vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of the upstream portion of the $20 Billion dollar Mozambique LNG project of this major integrated Oil & Gas corporation. Ms. Tule has dedicated herself and her vision as a leader who engages in projects with an “All-In” attitude.


Prior to assuming the role of Director, Upstream Mozambique LNG for Totalenergies, Jenifer achieved over two decades of experience driving positive outcomes across Project Management, Gender Equity, Risk Management, International Projects, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, and Team Leadership in multiple roles with Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

Combining her proven business instinct with an unprecedented disciplinary work ethic, Jenifer has continuously exceeded expectations in high stake environments within her field of expertise. She was named to the Offshore Energy Center Hall of Fame for participating in pioneering technological advancements in the Oil and Gas industry. She also serves on the Ocean Engineering Advisory Board at Texas A&M University and formally served on the Board for Sky High for Kids.
