Michel joined SBM Offshore Kuala Lumpur in 2010 and is currently working as a Business Development Manager covering Asia Pacific with a specific focus on the Renewables market. Prior to this, he has held various positions within the Engineering Division and as well as within the Technology Development Group managing and leading technology projects with a focus on making floating offshore facilities more compact and conceptualizing new floating power plants. Before joining SBM, Michel co-founded two small companies, a structural analysis consultancy and the other, crafting specialized engineered products for the automotive industry. Michel holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the UK.
